Mrs. Huntley brings a wealth of experience, passion, and dedication to her new role, along with a proven track record of instructional leadership and a deep commitment to student success. Mrs. Huntley earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Mary Washington College, a graduate degree in Mathematics Leadership from the University of Virginia, and an Educational Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from Liberty University. Her academic background reflects a lifelong commitment to understanding how students learn and how educators can support every child’s growth and development.

Over the course of her career, Mrs. Huntley worked closely with teachers, students, and families to build a positive and inclusive school culture serving as a classroom teacher, mathematics specialist, and assistant principal. Mrs. Huntley believes in the power of fostering strong, supportive relationships within the school community and embraces a whole-child approach to education. She is excited to partner with the Manassas Park Middle School community to create a collaborative learning environment and engage families in the educational journey.

Outside of school, Mrs. Huntley enjoys spending time with her husband, three grown children and their families, her parents and in-laws, six cats, and a lively half-Husky pup named Millie.

Mrs. Moore and her husband recently purchased a home right here in Manassas, and she has accepted the role of Assistant Principal at MPMS as a way to be closer to her new life and community.

Originally from Georgia—the place she still calls home—Mrs. Moore brings with her a rich background in education leadership, most recently serving in Arlington Public Schools. With over 23 years of experience in education and now beginning her 5th year as an Assistant Principal, she brings a depth of knowledge, passion, and commitment to supporting students and staff alike.

Mrs. Moore holds a Master of Education in Leadership & Administration and an Education Specialist Degree in Curriculum & Instruction, further underscoring her dedication to academic excellence and continuous learning.

Outside of school, she is the proud mom of three amazing middle school boys who help keep her perspective grounded and energized!

Mrs. Moore is deeply invested in the work of education and is thrilled to bring her talents and heart to the Manassas Park Middle School community. She looks forward to supporting our students, collaborating with our staff, and becoming an active and involved part of the Manassas Park community.
